Let me start by saying, I’ve been there, I get it…frustrated with weight not budging, trying trend diets, working out harder to compensate for too much wine or snacks, and of course looking for the magic pill…
Now that I’m in my 40s, it’s not easier BUT there is a solution.
It comes down to mindful eating with a focus on more plant foods, focusing on your exercise ( I LOVE HIIT for time effective workouts), hydration and of course FUN! I embody the 80/20 rule so you feel empowered in your journey and not so tied down to a monotonous plan that just gets boring. It will take effort and mindfulness but we will create focus and fine-tuning along the way.
